  • Operating fee: In your city, a 4% fee might be added to each trip. It helps support operational, regulatory, and safety costs.

Calculation example of the costs of a taxi ride

Suppose you make a journey of 1 hour (incl. 20km)* in a Premium economy car (max 4 persons), that takes 30 min. If the taxi company were to apply the taxis official fares worldwide, this journey would cost:

starting rate € 3,19
kilometer rate 20 x € 2,35= € 47
time rate 20 x € 0,39 = € 7,8
In total per hour (incl. 20 km): € 58.

Your ride includes 20 km of travel per hour booked. Extra distance or time will result in extra charges. For example a ride from Amsterdam to Rotterdam, the hourly service will incur in extra charges at the end of the service. So extra KM charges are accordingly.

The price when booking Taxi from/to airport for a prearranged pickup was much lower than booking a private car to the airport which was a win/win.
